We are thrilled to share that 98 Hawaiian Grill and our very own Esera Tuaolo were featured in a recent WJON News article by journalist Jim Maurice, titled “New St. Joseph Food Hall Announces Restaurant Concepts.”
The article highlights the exciting groundbreaking of The House Food and Tap, a brand new food hall coming to downtown St. Joseph, Minnesota. Slated to open in early 2025, this innovative space will feature four unique food and beverage concepts, including 98 Hawaiian Grill, where we’ll be bringing fresh island flavors and authentic Polynesian-inspired dishes to the community.
We are honored to be part of this incredible project alongside other talented local entrepreneurs, including Eminent Coffee Roasters, Birdie’s Pizza and Garden Bar, and Joetown Smashburger. Each of us had the amazing opportunity to help design our own spaces within the food hall, thanks to owners Craig and BriAnne Hern, who are committed to elevating local talent and creating a space that reflects the heart of the community.
As mentioned in the article, this is one of the largest downtown investments in St. Joseph’s history — and we couldn’t be more excited to share this journey with the community and fellow entrepreneurs.
A huge thank you to Jim Maurice and WJON News for covering this milestone! Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to opening day — and get ready to taste the aloha spirit at 98 Hawaiian Grill!
